X.509 - In cryptography,
X.509 is a certificate management protocol for a public key
infrastructure (PKI). Defined in RFC 4210,
X.509 specifies standard formats for public key certificates,
certificate revocation lists and a certification path validation

X12 -
X12 is a Standards Development
Organization (SDO) for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). Founded in
1979, and ANSI accredited, X12 has sponsored more than 315 EDI
standards and a growing collection of XML schemas for health care,
insurance, government, transportation, finance, and other industries.

XML -
eXtensible Markup Language
(XML) is a general-purpose markup language adaptable to many
different kinds of data. XML is used extensively to transfer
health data between different and incompatible computer
systems. Defined in RFC 3023.

XMPP -
eXtensible Messaging and Presence
Protocol (XMPP) is the IETF formalization of the base XML
streaming protocols for instant messaging (IM) and presence
developed within the Jabber
community starting in 1999. XMPP specifications include VOIP and
file transfer signaling. See RFC 6121.
XMPP is now a native service in the 3.x branch of the CONNECT
